結婚披露宴 (トロント)
Wow, start of wonderful day ... even if we had to get up at 5am to prepare. We had a simple civil ceremony at city hall and were so happy to see so many of our family and friends witness our exchange of vows.
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to our house for lunch while the bridal party headed to Casa Loma for wedding pictures. We could not have asked for a more perfect day; beautiful weather, nice cool breeze and a practically empty Casa Loma!!!
We returned home to get a quick bite to eat before the Chinese tea ceremony and prep for the evening reception. It took 1 hour each for Kanae and okaasan to get into a traditional Japanese kimono. We had a traditional 10 course Chinese Wedding Banquet. The place looked fabulous thanks to all the volunteers. The food was wonderful and there were a lot of fun and games.
Everything went so smoothly thanks to my sister that ran everything like a pro.
哇、素晴らしい一日が始まりました...朝5時に起きて準備をしなければならなかったとしても。私たちは市役所でシンプルな市民式を行い、多くの家族や友人に見守られながら誓いの言葉を交わすことができてとても嬉しかったです。 式の後、ゲストは昼食のために私たちの家に歓迎されましたが、ブライダルパーティーはウェディング写真の撮影のためにカーサロマに向かいました。これ以上完璧な日は望めませんでした。美しい天気、心地よい涼しい風、そしてほとんど空っぽのカーサロマ!!! 私たちは、中国のお茶の儀式と夜のレセプションの準備をする前に、家に帰って素早く食事をしました。カナエとオカーサンが伝統的な日本式の着物に着替えるのにそれぞれ1時間かかりました。私たちは伝統的な10コースの中国式結婚式宴会を行いました。ボランティアのおかげで、会場は素晴らしく見えました。料理は素晴らしく、たくさんの楽しいゲームがありました。 姉がプロのようにすべてを運営してくれたおかげで、すべてがスムーズに進みました。- powered by gemini - 2024
